Each FMU will be supported by a set of personnel, viz., JFM Coordinator and Livelihood coordinator. JFM Coordinator is to assist in micro-planning, capacity building, NRM interventions, convergence etc. while the Livelihood Coordinator shall assist in micro-planning, Capacity building, livelihood intervention, IGAs etc. These set of unique support to the FMU on full time basis shall be very effective for timely and efficient implementation of the EPA/CDA and IGA support to SHGs of JFMC.
