The project confirms that gender consideration should be duly practiced for the project implementation like design to reflect gender specific need (e.g. separate toilet and rest areas, breast-feeding areas etc.), selection of equipment to reflect gender specific needs and ensure usability by both, promote gender equality in construction work, encourage women’s requirement as staff and managers etc. Similarly the rights and interests shall be preserved for differently-abled during implementation of the project.
